We use our unique "Director 100" and "Management 100" programmes to raise performance.  Built on the back of research conducted in Southampton Business School's MBA course, this approach acknowledges the need not only to teach new skills and transfer knowledge but that it is vital that there is an application, and evaluation, in the work place.  It is not a case of attend the course and walk away!  Our follow up with one to one coaching transfers the learning into action and behavioural change.  The benefits are clear and the performance improvement is evident as a result of action plans and close monitoring by our highly qualified team.  

We have recently introduced "The Bench" - a programme to help aspiring directors to be "match ready" once they join the board.  In addition to The Bench we offer "The Table" a complete board review of skills, knowledge processes and strategy.  This assists directors to evaluate their own and the collective performance of the board and to re-direct its energies accordingly and in line with our review recommendations.
